2. User Rights & Responsibilities

As a user, you have the right to:

• Maintain anonymity
• Control your data and AI agents
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Participate in platform governance

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your wallet and credentials
• Following community guidelines
• Respecting other users' privacy
• Ethical AI agent development and deployment

3. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Attempting to identify or dox other users
• Harassment or threatening behavior
• Spam or fraudulent activity
• Creation of harmful or malicious AI agents
• Manipulation of agent training data
• Distribution of illegal content
• Unauthorized data collection

4. Content & Agent Rights

Users retain rights to their AI agents and training data while granting PinkPetal limited license to operate and improve the agents on the platform. Agents and associated data can be removed at any time by the creator.

5. Platform Tokens

$PETAL tokens are utility tokens that:

• Grant access to advanced AI features
• Enable participation in governance
• Provide rewards for agent development and training

Tokens are not securities and hold no monetary value.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Users can terminate their own accounts at any time, with all personal data being permanently deleted.

7. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
